Project Management: Our Project Managers are highly skilled in the construction and purchase management of each of our projects. They are involved in all aspects of budgeting, planning, and scheduling, as well as, all document control, cost control analysis, project reporting, and project implementation.
Business Management: Our Company is experienced in all aspects of accounting, operations, and human resourcing including recruitment, writing company policy and procedures and marketing and sales. We are experienced in company start-up, growing our business and retaining existing clients. We are a multilingual company fluent in Polish, Spanish, Russian and Italian.
